Bartow Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a full-time **Pharmacy Operations Supervisor** . **Position Details:** + **Facility:** Bartow Regional Medical Center + **Location:** Bartow, FL + **Status:** Full Time, exempt + **Shift Hours:** Varies + **Weekend Work:** Occasional + **On Call:** No **Pharmacy Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:** + Assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing applicable pharmacy department operations and supporting team members + Oversight of pharmacy dispensing processes, operational technology, rules and regulations compliance, recruitment, staffing supervision, orientation, performance reviews, disciplinary action, as well as policy implementation and compliance + Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager(s) and Director(s) to improve the overall efficiency and quality of services provided + Represent the pharmacy on hospital committees, be assigned direct reports as applicable, and assigned other duties to best assist the Pharmacy Manager in achieving key results for the department. **Required Qualifications:** + Doctorate - Pharmacy + FL Dept of Health - Pharmacist Licensure + 1 year of coordinator, lead or equivalent experience in hospital pharmacy + 3 years preferred experience BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
