Description: Salary Range: $37.50/hour - $48.50/hour
Job Summary:
Essential Responsibilities:
Manages staff to include, hiring, providing direction to team members, evaluating performance, coaching & counseling on immediate performance issues & recommending appropriate action, disciplining & terminating in compliance with EEO/AA goals & personnel policies of the organization.
Ensures appropriate staffing schedules are achieved. Responsible for employee time card accuracy, edits and approvals to include but not limited to requests for time off, changes to employee work schedules, FMLA, LOA, and accommodations.
Collaborates with pharmacy leadership and the Pharmacist in Charge to manage company and pharmacy strategic objectives. Serves as a liaison with external clients and internal departments to facilitate needs of the department/company.
Demonstrates & promotes exemplary service orientation to patients, members, providers, & staff. Support pharmacy operations as needed.
Basic Qualifications: Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisor or lead role managing performance and personnel. Education
Bachelors Degree in business administration, health care administration or related field OR four (4) years of experience in directly related field.High School Diploma or General Equivalency (GED) Diploma required. License, Certification, Registration Provisional Pharmacy Tech Certification (Colorado) Pharmacy Tech Certification (Colorado) Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate a diverse group of employees.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a health care setting.Kaiser Permanente pharmacy management experience.General knowledge of pharmacy operations.Experience managing in a union environment.Project management experience.
Job Summary:
Supervises and coordinates the activities of Pharmacy employees in multiple locations across the Region. This is a unique supervisory position with responsibilities across all KPCO Pharmacy Operations. The position will work closely with pharmacy leadership and Lead Pharmacists in Charge of pharmacies. Working relationships with Kaiser Permanente recruiting, ER/LR and other support resources is required. Assists with and/or manages staff, projects, budgets, & other related leadership activities. As a member of the pharmacy management team, accountable for the overall performance of the department.
