Pharmacy Program Senior Analyst - Verity Solutions - Hybrid - Kirkland, WA

Purpose: Responsible for promoting 340B program success across Covered Entity, pharmacy, and gateway programs by providing a wide variety of routine and ad hoc   analysis, focusing on maximizing performance through feature leverage, problem investigation, business rationale support, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop working relationships with a wide variety of customers (CEs, pharmacies, TPAs), as well as internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Finance and others) to maximize program performance.Proactively provide summary and detail insights for assigned analysis projects that support a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate flexibility to support urgent data inquiries and lead the effort to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible in coordination with the respective internal/external parties.Manage composure and deliver sensitive findings and results as applicable.Demonstrate expertise in V340B platform features that routinely generate analysis requests.Serve as an expert customer resource for how V340B, VHUB, Verisave, NDC Optimizer, and Referral Capture to provide meaningful.Manage a variety of routine reporting efforts, including manufacturer impact reporting and direct replenishment reporting.Perform data file remediations as needed to maintain a healthy working relationship among all stakeholders.Learn and utilize internal database access to support analysis and data requests as needed.Assist in developing and summarizing reporting that highlights analytical findings for education and tracking of the overall fiscal impact to the organization.Support and promote the Verity Solutions values through positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

BA or BS in Business or Healthcare field or equivalent work experience required.Minimum of 3 years' experience, specifically within Financial Analysis, Auditing, Business Analytics, Account Management, or a 340B Eligible Pharmacy Entity. Prior experience with 340B analytics a plus.Experience with Studio 3T and database structures is desirable.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills at all levels of an organization.Solid analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills; demonstrated experience to identify and quantify existing and future problems and provide effective solutions, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with high attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to draw satisfaction from work deliverables and a demonstrated initiative to improve 340B program performance.Experience using both strategic and quick-thinking skills to solve tomorrow's problem while balancing tasksDesire to help customers with their problems and achieve value with the product. When a customer is not having the best experience, assist with care. The concern should be real, not manufactured.Ability to independently learn and research for thorough understanding of the 340B program to ensure consistent improvement of the overall value, and internal support of the 340B program.Comfortable with balancing multiple competing priorities with changes in scope and direction.Strong competencies with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel knowledge), knowledge of, and experience with, reporting packages, databases. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.Ability to work well in a team centric environment.Ability to stay on task by working independently within established parameters as relevant.

Working Conditions:  The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Occasional corporate travel (up to 20%) to remote offices, business meetings, events and customer facilities may be required.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 63,500 - 105,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
