This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, mayo clinic staff, wholesalers and vendors. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Two years post-secondary education **AND** at least six months of applicable experience as a Pharmacy Technician; OR + Completion of an approved vocational Pharmacy Technician training program **AND** at least six months of applicable experience as a Pharmacy Technician; OR + High school diploma/GED **AND** at least eighteen months of applicable experience as a Pharmacy Technician. **Additional Qualifications** + Effectively reads, writes, speaks and understands English. Proven history of performing technical tasks and following written / verbal instructions. Able to apply math and calculator skills along with a working knowledge of the metric system. Possess strong telephone and verbal communication skills. + Experience with the use of office software computer applications and keyboarding. Demonstrated ability to work in a busy environment and pay attention to detail. Proven organizational and problem solving skills. Proven ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment. + No history of drug abuse or misuse; or proof of successful completion of a certified drug abuse rehabilitation program is required. **License or Certification** + National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. + Current registration with the MN Board of Pharmacy, or eligible to obtain.
