Pharmacy Recruiter
Job Title: Pharmacy RecruiterJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, particularly for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet the company's hiring needs effectively. Responsibilities + Recruit high volume Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists. + Manage an average requisition load of 25-30. + Utilize systems such as iCIMS, ADP Workforce Now, Sterling, Indeed, and LinkedIn. + Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs. + Track and update requisitions and applicants in the Applicant Tracking System. + Write and verify job descriptions, posting on various job sites as needed. + Follow sourcing best practices and help develop sourcing strategies. + Understand business strategies, organizational plans, and the talent landscape. + Identify trends and opportunities to improve hiring capability or results. + Participate in career fairs and external hiring events. + Assist with interview training for hiring managers. + Participate in weekly meetings with general managers and hiring managers. + Design and update forms to improve recruiting efficiency. + Select candidates for interviews after the screening process. + Maintain candidate pipelines for all hiring needs. + Review applications and provide feedback to hiring managers. + Ensure timely offer approvals and extend verbal and written offers. + Negotiate offers, explain benefits, and answer applicant questions. + Create and send offer letters through ADP for electronic signing. + Handle duties related to interviewing, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding when necessary. + Schedule interviews through Outlook as needed. + Work independently and collaboratively in teams. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-volume corporate environment. + Experience in developing and executing candidate generation strategies. + Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ADP preferred). + Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using relationship management techniques. + Proven experience in building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Strong interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Highly preferred system knowledge of iCIMS, ADP Workforce Now, Sterling, Indeed, and LinkedIn. + Experience in human resources, scheduling coordination, onboarding, and full-cycle recruiting. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Effective problem-solving skills. + Ability to learn quickly and independently. Work Environment The work environment requires onsite presence for the first 4-6 weeks for training, with the flexibility to start the workday between 8 AM and 9 AM. The schedule includes an 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday. The role includes participation in employee-related events and training to ensure alignment with long-term employment goals.
