YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:
The Selling Out Advisor supports the Health Care portfolio, establishing a peer-to-peer scientific discussion with Pharmacists & staff, highlighting product features and benefits using shopper-based design (product ingredients, characteristics, mode of action, reason to believe etc), to get the Pharmacist’s recommendation. He / she secures product presence in store on base business and new initiatives, in line with Company high quality standard (product distribution, on shelf availability, shelf share, shelving principles implementation, visibility on counter and path to counter, promotions). 90% of his / her time spent in customer facing activities. He / she is responsible back-up for the Selling in Representative in his/her sector in case of mid to long term absence.
Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
A degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant field, preferably pharmaceutical sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Biotechnologies), or Economics, Business, Marketing.Experience & Knowledge
Graduate and/or Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales to Health Care Professionals (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, nutritionists…) or a related field, preferably in the assigned territory.Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations is a plusEnglish language (Intermediate level) is a plusYOUR ADVANTAGES:
