Pharmacy Services Account Executive - MedVenta
Job Summary The Pharmacy Services Account Executive is responsible for promoting Novant Health Pharmacy services and developing and maintaining long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients, identifying sales/growth opportunities, and achieving sales/growth targets. As a Novant Health representative, the Pharmacy Services Account Executive builds strategic partnerships within the pharmacy, infusion, and healthcare business/industry and also serves as a partner to Novant Health’s clinical institutes. The Pharmacy Services Account Executive meets regularly with business, community, and internal partners to ensure they are up to date on Novant Health Pharmacy services relevant to their clients. The Pharmacy Services Account Manager will ensure that our clients choose Novant Health as their preferred healthcare and pharmacy provider. The Pharmacy Services Account Executive will be expected to successfully demonstrate the following responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns as a liaison to represent Novant Health and Novant Health Pharmacy. Meet weekly client interaction goals. Maintain open and effective communication. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales/growth targets Coordinate resources within the healthcare system. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. + Experience (Required): Minimum of five years proven experience as an account executive, sales representative, or similar role, required. Healthcare or pharmacy-related industry experience, preferred. + Licensure/Certification (Required): Licensure in field of completion, required. + Additional Skills (required): + Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific competency assessments. + Knowledge of current and future trends in area of responsibility; skill in client profiling; compliance with ethical, regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; proficiency in CRM and MS Office Suite; excellent communication and negotiation skills; skill in conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices; sound decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; strong time management and organizational skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations; ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients; ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events; flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules and time zones Job Opening ID 65124
