HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Position Summary Includes all responsibilities for a Pharmacy Technician II plus ensures the availability of pharmaceutical therapies for patients by managing and maintaining Pyxis automated medication dispensing units and Pyxis medication formulary database. Assists with quality improvement strategies by coordinating and participating in pharmacy projects as assigned or requested by the Director of Pharmacy. Responsible for coordinating the Pyxis team and participates as an active team member.Reports To:

May supervise pharmacy technicians WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education:
Required Education (HR may substitute directly related experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.) High school diploma or equivalent and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
Required Experience:
Experience One (1) year of job-related experience.
Preferred Experience: [if applicable]
Two (2) to three (3) years of hospital pharmacy experience and Pyxis training
Required Certification/License/Registry:
License Florida Board of Pharmacy Technician Certification-
