Performs activities and responsibilities in the Pharmacy under direct Pharmacist supervision. Assists the Pharmacist as required with key components or areas within the Pharmacy Department to provide pharmaceutical care to the patients of Memorial Medical Center. Provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric age groups.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience: NoneCertification/Licensure: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required. New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Registration.For IV Tech Only: MMC Sterile Products Compounding Training and Validation AND/OR State or Nationally approved Sterile Products Compounding Certification with Validation.Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
