Key Responsibilities:Prescription Management: Collect and verify prescription information from customers or healthcare professionals.Process prescriptions electronically, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Medication Preparation:Measure and package medications for dispensing.Label products appropriately, including any necessary cautionary labels.Inventory Control:Participate in periodic inventory checks.Alert pharmacists about medication shortages or supply issues.Customer Service::Assist customers with inquiries provide guidance under the supervision of a pharmacist.Compliance:Comply with all safety and health regulationsFollow all pharmacy regulations and standards set by the State Board of Pharmacy.What do you need?6+ months experience as a pharmacy technicianClosed-door pharmacy experience is a huge plusCPhT or PTCB is a huge plusUnderstanding of medical terminologyAbility to identify medicationsWhat's nice to have?Excellent customer service/retail pharmacy skillsAttention to detailAbility to work under supervisionGoal OrientedWhat's in it for you?Premium pay for this skillsetOpportunity to join a rapidly growing company Opportunities to grow withinOpportunities for permanent/long-term employment

Closed-door pharmacy environment with a focus on fulfilling the pharmaceutical needs of long-term care clients. NON-RETAIL pharmacy environment.

Shifts Available (due to change with hiring needs)

(2) 7a-3:30p, (2) 10p-6:30a, (1) 6a-2:30p, (1) 4p-12:30a
