Engagement Description – This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
• Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written
• Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care
• Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
• Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing
• Knowledge of Privacy Regulations
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Medicare Part D Experience
• Contact Center Experience
• Knowledge of CMS/NCQA regulations
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing
Education/Certifications – Include:
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of college preferred
