Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description
As a Pharmacy Technician in the fulfillment area, you will operate automated packaging and dispensing equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring automated packing equipment is filled with proper medications, fulfilling bulk prescriptions, staging all finished items for shipment to customers, and assisting with making sure packages are ready to be shipped out. In the packaging section, you will process medications received from suppliers and put them into an automated machine that packages them into individually packaged and labeled blisters, and then into tubes loaded into the Paxit (filling machine). For Paxit (Filling), you will run an automated machine that fills prescriptions, pull medications from loaded tubes into individual packets for each patient, and troubleshoot any alarms that may go off. In the toting section, you will package finished packages into plastic totes organized by a system based on the location of the facility and time of day they leave. For bulk packaging, you will handle non-pill prescriptions such as creams, ointments, inhalers, and eye drops using printed orders to fill prescriptions.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in EUCLID, Ohio.
Work Environment
You will be scheduled for the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will work one weekend every other week and get one day off during the week when you have a weekend shift. You will work every other holiday, amounting to working 3 holidays per year. The dress code includes scrubs or business casual attire with comfortable, clean tennis shoes. No t-shirts or leggings are allowed. Supervisors and other fulfillment employees are present during the 3rd shift. The facility is very clean and organized, featuring a front desk, office area for order entry and pharmacists, operations floor with automated equipment and shelves for refilling, computer screens showing orders, an IV room, and a break room with coffee, water, and snacks for purchase.
