Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician will assist the pharmacist in the provision of pharmaceutical care. Care will correspond to patients’ unique medical needs and will be appropriate to the patients age—newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric. In accord with Department and institutional polices/procedure and with the rules/regulations enacted by the State Board of Pharmacy, they will support the Department’s logistic, clinical, technical and clerical functions.
