Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming prescriptions, answering questions about medications, and entering prescriptions into our database. You will handle 40-50 inbound calls daily, providing excellent customer service and support.
ResponsibilitiesConfirming prescriptions and ensuring accuracy.Answering questions regarding medications and their use.Entering prescriptions into the database accurately.Handling 40-50 inbound calls per day.Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.Essential SkillsPharmacy Technician License in the State of NJ.6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience.Experience in customer service (2 years preferred).Data entry experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual (preferred).Experience in retail pharmacy.Experience with high call volume.Work Environment
This is a full-time position with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime is available. The potential for the position to go remote in the future exists.
