Pharmacy Technician

The Infusion Pharmacy Technician-Clinical is responsible for assisting the Pharmacist and Nurse in providing pharmaceutical and supply services to home infusion patients. This position performs non-discretionary functions, which include dispensing, distribution of medications and supplies, and maintaining patient records.  These duties are performed under the immediate supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist.

Required qualifications:

upon hire: Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician. Or upon hire: Oregon Pharmacy Technician License (Vendor Managed) upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302. 1 year (2080 clock hours) of pharmacy technician experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program. Retail or Home Infusion experience.
