Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assists in all phases of departmental operations including dispensing, sterile product preparation, data entry, report generation, packaging, record keeping, stocking, delivering, billing and clerical duties. No item prepared by a Pharmacy Technician may leave the department prior to being checked by a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Certified Checker Technician.
