Pharmacy Technician Job Description As a pharmacy technician, you will be cross-trained on a variety of tasks including customer service, order entry, filling prescriptions via bubble packs, occasionally compounding, and generally assisting pharmacists with tasks. You will work in a teamwork-focused environment where everyone helps each other. Responsibilities + Provide excellent customer service + Enter orders accurately + Fill prescriptions using bubble packs + Occasionally perform compounding tasks + Assist pharmacists with various tasks as needed Essential Skills + Pharmacy technician experience (minimum 6 months) + Pharm Tech License + Pharm Tech Certification (CPHT) + Customer service skills + Inventory management + Data entry proficiency + High attention to detail Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must be a team player + Experience with pharmacy operations + Ability to lookup and verify Pharm Tech licenses Work Environment Candidates interested in both part-time and full-time positions are encouraged to apply.
