Job Description
This is a front-end Call-center Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle a high volume of calls - both inbound and outbound. You will manage prescriptions from the beginning stage until they move to the fulfillment department. Duties include working in various queues, cross-training, intake start of prescription, inputting data, working the phones, refilling prescriptions, manual resolutions, clarifying prescriptions, and handling transfers from other retail stores. Expect to handle around 50-100 calls per shift if managing the phones, touching all parts of the front-end pharmacy.

Professional and quiet call-center environment. Shifts are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The pharmacy operates Monday-Saturday from 8am-9pm, with shorter Saturday shifts and no weekend shifts required. Training is 3 weeks long, from 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm, and attendance is mandatory. Contractors receive a 1-hour lunch break, and there is no overtime expected. Some accommodations may be considered after training.
