Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists with the Sterile Compounding course in the School of Pharmacy curriculum. This course is offered once a week during the Spring semester, with a one hour lecture and five sections of laboratory, each one hour and twenty minutes. Assists the students during class, helping to teach hands-on techniques and answering student questions. Monitors the progress of each laboratory session to ensure that each student completes the required components Provides feedback to the course coordinators on laboratory activities and assisting in the design of laboratory sessions Assists the course coordinators with laboratory setup and cleanup. Grades students during their practical exams. Position Status Part Time Hours Per Week 19.75 Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement. FLSA Nonexempt Position Salary 25.00 per hour Payroll Designation PeopleSoft Terms of Appointment Temporary Staff Appointment - Hourly
