Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves processing new and refill requests, filling prescriptions, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hospital experience and become familiar with outpatient pharmacy operations within a large hospital system.

The Pharmacy Technician must be willing to work rotating shifts. Weekday schedules are either 8 or 9 hours, between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and every 3rd weekend (Saturday & Sunday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm). Technicians work 5 days per week and receive weekday compensatory days when working the weekend. Shifts may be at HUP Outpatient Pharmacy Ravdin 1 or the Pavilion Pharmacy based on daily needs. This position includes holiday pay and sick pay benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
