Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - 100% Remote Job Description We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves follow-ups, patient updates, data entry, and handling inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact center environment and be comfortable managing electronic refill scripts, ordering labs, relaying lab results, and performing triage tasks. Responsibilities + Follow up with patients + Update patient records and enter data + Answer inbound phone calls + Handle Electronic Refill Scripts (ERX) + Order and relay lab results + Manage 'Cover my meds' requests + Schedule follow-ups + Perform triage duties Essential Skills + 1+ year experience in Medical Assisting or Pharmacy Technician + 1+ year experience in a high call volume environment + Experience with EMR systems, specifically Athena + Knowledge of medical terminology + High School Diploma Additional Skills & Qualifications + Medical Assisting diploma or certification (preferred but not required) + Pharmacy Technician Certification or 1 year experience (preferred but not required) + Experience in customer service, prior authorization, and healthcare + BLS certification + Proficiency in data entry and call center operations Work Environment This role is based onsite at a contact center, handling 200+ calls a day.
