This role involves responsibilities similar to those in a retail pharmacy, including pre-check (PB1), post-check (B2), and speaking with patients and providers. You will also manage state-to-state compliance as this is a mostly closed-door mail order facility. Unlike retail pharmacy, you will only work one weekend a quarter (8-12 shift), providing an excellent work-life balance with guaranteed breaks and lunches. Licenses in other states, particularly AZ or FL, are a plus. Job Responsibilities + Interpret prescription orders and input them into the computer system. + Advise patients and doctors about products, with approximately 75% of interactions involving providers. + Check compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates. + Perform final checks on all prescriptions. + Supervise technicians. + Perform initial interpretation of prescriptions.
