BENEFITS - Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance - 401K match - 8 paid holidays - Generous PTO accrual - Employee wellness program focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellness - No weekend shifts EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not be all inclusive.) + Receive prescription and verify patient information, including current insurance information, allergies, etc. + Input patient and prescription information into pharmacy software. + Process, troubleshoot, and adjudicate prescription. + Select the appropriate medicine and measure dosages to fill prescriptions. + Verify with pharmacist all prescriptions before being dispensed to patient. + Sort, stock, label medication, and monitor inventory. + Collect money for prescriptions and over-the-counter items. + Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times when working with customers. + Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. + Work with pharmacy team to ensure best practices are being followed with regard to 340B. + Although each position has its own unique duties and responsibilities, please refer to the policy on Job Descriptions for details that apply to every position. REQUIREMENTS + At least 5 years preferred previous experience in a pharmacy setting (minimum) + 1-year permanent License and Certification + Customer service experience + Medpack Experience (not required)
