The role involves providing high-quality customer service and compassionate care to patients, processing live insurance claims, and assisting with copay assistance. Responsibilities •Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls •Provide strong interpersonal and customer service skills •Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients •Process live insurance claims •Make outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies, clinics, doctor staff, patients, and caregivers •Assist with copay assistance •Investigate the status of patient orders and reschedule deliveries if necessary •Input new insurance information for the new year •Manage a high volume of calls, averaging 300 calls per day between all agents Work Environment schedule – M-F 10am - 7pm CST they are not flexible on this training is 3 weeks 9am- 6pm CST M-F Qualifications / Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent 2 years of experience in Pharmacy- do not include time as a pharm tech trainee. Pharmacy Technician License MUST FOR TEXAS (TSBP) and PCTB Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
