Apply today! **Requirements:** **-Must have** **CPhT Cer** **_t_** **ification** **-Certified Pharmacy Technician** **-Must have a valid Pharmacy Tech license for the state of Texas** - Excellent Data Entry skills -High school diploma or GED. - Familiarity with oncology drugs is a big plus. - - **Must live within reasonable driving distance to Fort Worth, Texas** **Pay:** The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 20.50 and $ 21.00 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **Schedule** - Monday- Friday, 9am to 6pm **Location- Onsite- Fort Worth, Texas** **Job Responsibilities:** • Accurately picking, counting, and labeling medications and supplies to ensure patients receive the correct therapy regimen. • Efficiently packaging and shipping verified medications, supplies, and essential patient information materials. • Performing and recording daily, weekly, and monthly checklist duties to maintain compliance and ensure uninterrupted operations. • Monitoring and documenting drug storage conditions, including recording any excursions. • Conducting monthly checks for medication and supply expiration dates. • Receiving, documenting, and stocking multiple drug and supply orders per standard operating procedures. • Performing daily, monthly, and annual drug and supply inventory counts. • Updating computer inventory and purchasing records in accordance with policies and procedures. • Assisting team members as needed to ensure operational success. • Properly handling biohazard materials in compliance with OSHA guidelines. • Providing required documentation and accurate information to support proper shipments to patients. • Performing other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.
