This position requires and you *MUST HAVE Texas License TSBP AND national cert PCTB . The role involves providing high-quality customer service and compassionate care to patients, processing live insurance claims, and assisting with copay assistance. The work environment includes shifts from Monday to Friday from 10am-7pm CST, with flexibility required for either shift. Training consists of 3 weeks: the first week includes orientation and SOP training, the second week involves hands-on training, the third week includes performing tasks with trainer observation, and the fourth week involves working independently. The team currently handles an average of 300 calls per day among 90 agents. The role requires a professional attire and adherence to company policies
