About the job

We are currently seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician needed for fast growing mail order pharmacy- no pharmacy or retail experience! Must be comfortable with a call center environment.

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrates a working knowledge of all pharmacy rules and regulationsInterprets faxes, escripts, verbal, and written prescription ordersInputs all information into EMEDCharges credit cards for ordersAnswers patient phone calls and provides excellent customer serviceProcesses refill requests from patients and doctors’ officesCalls patients about new prescriptions and IVR requestsCalls doctors for refill requestsMaintains compliance with Company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDUtah Pharmacy Technician License (open to Pharmacy Technician Trainee) (validate UT license here: https://secure.utah.gov/llv/search/index.html)6+ months of retail and/or fulfillment pharmacy experience (looking for high-volume, hands-on pharmacy/prescription experience)Detail and goal orientedTeam playerEffective oral and written communication
