Job Description
The Customer Experience Technician is responsible for providing a superior customer experience to customers and a supportive environment for the best patient care. In addition, the CXC Technician will handle high volume phone calls and data order entry. The CXC Technician will support management in carrying out the mission of the company.
Responsibilities include demonstrating a working knowledge of all pharmacy rules and regulations, interpreting faxes, escripts, verbal, and written prescription orders, inputting all information into the LifeFile System, charging credit cards for orders, answering patient phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include processing refill requests from patients and doctors’ offices, calling patients about new prescriptions and IVR requests, calling doctors for refill requests, maintaining compliance with Company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements, following all policies and procedures set forth by the Company, and performing other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Youngtown, Arizona.
Work Environment
Currently looking for 9:30-6pm working Monday - Friday. Compounding Pharmacy, closed door.
