This role focuses on creating and maintaining accurate patient profiles and entering prescription information into the pharmacy electronic records system. • Accurately create and update patient profiles in the pharmacy system. • Enter prescription information, ensuring all data is complete and accurate. • Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and other critical information. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to gather missing patient information when needed. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies regarding patient information and data entry. • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Handle a high volume of data entry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues related to patient profiles.
