Under the direction of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician 1 – Fulfillment is responsible for day-to-day tasks in a complex specialty/mail order pharmacy including delivery ticket fulfillment, restocking, labeling and packaging medications and inventory management. The Pharmacy Technician will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and influence operational objectives. **Responsibilities Job Description** In this role, you will: Partner with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure pharmacy patients receive their medication(s) accurately, safely, in accordance with all legal requirements and policies and in a professional and timely manner. Under the direction of the pharmacist, fulfill and prepare prescription orders for delivery in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all legal, regulatory agency and Fairview requirements. Coordinate the ordering and delivery of medications, supplies and equipment to patients and clinical areas as requested. Maintain appropriate stock levels and accurate inventory records, clean work areas, organize supplies, completing cycle counts and reconciling as appropriate. Other responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required:** Completion of an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) training program within first year of employment (we provide this!)
