chedule: Full Time, 40 Hours a week, 2:30p-11p with 9-5:30 weekend rotation.This role will be performed onsite at a closed-door pharmacy in Orlando, FL. All patient interactions will be over the phone.
Comprehensive training provided side by side with training team.Must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment.We offer full time benefits including health, vision, dental and matching 401k options.Ensures all order entry and fulfillment functions are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures relevant input is complete, accurate, and ready to be filled and toted accurately and efficiently. Oversees data entry and fulfillment technicians to ensure adequate staffing/resources are available to meet business demands of Data Entry and Fulfillment departments.

Schedule technicians to ensure adequate coverage for workflow while keeping overtime within budgetOversee daily activities of technicians and ensure workflow is running smoothlyEnsure each technician is fully trained and performing at an acceptable levelWork with DOO or Department Supervisor to evaluate workflow processes and help implement changes as necessary to meet deadlines, accuracy, and efficiency targets and the demands of the businessEnsure all medications for order entry and fulfillment are complete and accurate prior to scheduled departures with sufficient time for the medications to be prepared for courier deliveryEnsure all deliveries are prepared and completed timely for courier pick upWork collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficientlyAssist DOO or department Supervisor with annual performance evaluations of technicians, providing input as neededWork as needed on daily functions in each departmentAssign and manage work volume appropriate to each technician’s duties, measuring both productivity and accuracyResponsible to ensure run completion status (dashboard) is completed throughout the dayProvide weekly performance feedback of the departments to the DOO or department SupervisorOther essential functions and duties may be assigned as neededEducation and/or Certifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredPharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements), requiredSkills and Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/requiredAbility to work independently and deliver to deadlinesAbility to solve problems with minimal directionGreat attention to detail and accuracyAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlinesQuality minded; motivated to seek out errors and work with DOO when something appears inaccurateWork Environment:
