Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. + Collect med lists and drug allergies from patients. + On phone all day collecting baseline information from patients to get them ready for pharmacist counseling; this includes payment method, shipping address, emergency contacts, etc. + Triaging calls all day and sending them to the correct departments. + Work closely with the pharmacist.
