Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist our PRN Pharmacy Technician procures, prepares, packages, and distributes prescription drugs and pharmaceutical supplies.
PRN DAY SHIFT: The shifts times vary based on department needs between 7a-3:30p or 10a-6:30p weekdays with every other weekend commitment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Individuals with experience and not certified may be hired contingent on achieving certification within one year of employment.Certification must be maintained through continuing education requirements for continued employment.Certification as a pharmacy technician by completion of an accredited technician training program, by national exam, or current enrollment in an accredited College of Pharmacy.Demonstrates mathematical skills required to calculate and prepare dilutions, reconstitutions and compounded products.JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
