Pharmacy Technician Representative

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for using advanced knowledge of the job to advise pharmacy techs on order fulfillment and related activities.

Supports and trains new employees, and identifies ongoing training needs of tenured employees that require retraining.Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department.Understand and assist with inventory processes.Perform all Pharmacy Technician functions, including USP 800 processing.Other duties as assigned.

What you need to do the job:

High School diploma or GED requiredHave an Indiana Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License or Technician Trainee LicenseBasic math skills and general PC knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email)Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment, multi-taskWillingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume timesWillingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes as needed


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
