**Overview** **Scope of Responsibilities:** Works under general supervision. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in orienting and training employees. **Job Summary:** Responsible for filling and finalizing all orders prior to their reaching a pharmacist and then facilitating the shipment of medications to patients and providers across the country. **Responsibilities** **Job Duties:** + Prepare medication orders for final review by a pharmacist + Responsible for the proper and accurate filling of each individual order + Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor + Prepare refrigerated and non-refrigerated shipments for UPS and FedEx daily + Assist in preparation of packaging for shipments + Check in orders and ensure appropriate stocking levels in pharmacy + Maintain a professional and clean appearance in pharmacy always + May assist in orienting and training new employees + Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Attendance Requirements:** + Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts. + Must be able to work nights and weekends as required. **Educational Requirements:** + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED + Preferred: Pharmacy Technician or related certification **Experience:** + Experience in a customer service related field + 3-6 months’ experience as a pharmacy technician **Special Conditions of Employment:** + Drug test + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Compensation $17.67 - 26.50 per hour.
