Pharmacy Technician Supervisor Job Description The Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee and lead the packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams while also fulfilling pharmacy-related duties such as filling and packaging. This role requires a blend of supervisorial and hands-on responsibilities to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that packaging activities meet operational needs. Responsibilities + Provide direct oversight and leadership to packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams. + Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure packaging activities meet operational needs. + Coordinate packaging, dispensing, and staging activities efficiently. + Meet delivery deadlines through effective coordination. + Assist in the hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team. + Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed. + Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
