ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor who will perform assigned functions with an emphasis on being a role model, leader, and subject matter expert in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Responsibilities will include training, orientation, and supervising of Pharmacy Technicians.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Perform duties outlined in the Inpatient Pharmacy Technician job description during call outs or when the department is short staffedRecommend opportunities for process improvementParticipate in the selection and hiring of pharmacy caregivers.
