Pharmacy Technician Trainer
Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
Job Type: Full Time (In Office)
Develop and update existing or new content related to process training, supports the Team Lead in training, daily reviews, update question banks for various levels and methods of assessments with the objective of meeting client requirements and skill enhancement of Process Executives within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.
Process trainer is responsible for the design and delivery of training portfolio consisting of programs, courses and learning interventions; conducting training needs assessment and evaluation; implementing new training programs and adjusting the existing ones; closely cooperating with the business partners to support the organization to achieve their short term and long terms the business objectives.
Job responsibilities:
Conducts training for the team to ensure right skillingParticipate and supports the daily huddles, provides training/input on process/ business to the team to ensure delivery predictability.Handles/ helps resolve escalation at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction/Participate in the ideation process and produce the documentation and trains the team on the reengineered process to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis.Supports the TL by training people on process/ domain as part pf the growth plan to ensure high E-SatReviews and validates the inputs from audits and creates case studies/FAQs to capture tacit knowledge.Ability to work independently or in a team environment determination service to clients
Basic Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentAt least 2 years of experience relating to the job description
Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s/bachelor’s degree Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) requiredFully Bilingual- English and SpanishPreferably experience conducting trainings Intermediate to advanced knowledge in using MS Office and ability to learn and use various computer softwareExperience in an office/clerical setting in the medical fieldExperience in any claim adjudication platformCertification in medical coding (CPT, ICD-10)Exposure to Healthcare Claims products (Indemnity, PPO, POS/DA, EPO, HMO)Prefer knowledge of Workman's Compensation, Medicare, COB, no faultPrior claims experience in medical coding, case management, cost containment review, medical claim management will be preferredExposure to anti-fraud initiatives in clinical areaAwareness of clinical practice guidelines used by health plans to develop medical policyPossess eye for detailsKnowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsTeam Player, Analytical, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Positive Attitude
