MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To supervise and coordinate theatre pharmacy processes and systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Oversee theatre stock ordering processes and ensure optimal stock levels

Co-ordinate stock holding processes for theatre products

Oversee the stock distribution process

Manage theatre consignment stock

Supervise and develop team members

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:  4 year Nursing Diploma or Degree

DESIRED EDUCATION: None 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  5 – 7 Years practical theatre experience;  Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Management experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Understanding of stock control processes and systems Trouble shooting in out of stock situations Verbal communication skills Basic theatre techniques Knowledge of theatre procedures and related stock items
