May require the ability to reach items above the shoulder level. Shift Primarily dayshift; Monday – Friday. Job Summary Under the direction of Pharmacy Director for Staff Development, serves as primary contact for department throughout the hiring process. Responsible for creating and maintaining department SOP for electronic employee files working with HR Business Partners to ensure accreditation compliance. Subject matter expert on UKG Workforce Management for the department including technical support for scheduling, timekeeping, attendance and leave. Consistently meets behavioral expectations by demonstration. Responds to customer service issues with a sense of urgency for problem resolution. Works effectively and respectfully with all areas of the enterprise to help resolve issues and provide education. 

IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered) Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Kronos/UKG. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Experience with employee recruitment, hiring practices and employee onboarding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in computer files, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Outstanding customer service skills including responsiveness and ability to prioritize.
