Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Philanthropy Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the Philanthropy Department. You will manage donor records, coordinate gift giving, and assist with events, all while fostering strong relationships between residents and staff.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $23 / hr

Managing and processing all gifts, including receiving, depositing, tracking, and acknowledgment lettersExecuting fundraising initiatives to include generating request letters, the input of data, acknowledgment of donations, and organization of eventsTracking and coordination of donor engagement activities and event participationMaintain an accurate database that assists with donor research, calls, and meetings.Providing support for meetings; coordinating venue, room setup, refreshments, and materialsPreparing statistical and special reports as requestedWhat you will need
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success in fundraising and special events planningExperience working with the senior population is preferredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situationsPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
