Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to perform blood draws, label specimens, and maintain accurate patient records. Responsibilities include collecting and storing specimens according to established procedures, explaining the collection process to patients, and ensuring specimen integrity by adhering to specific protocols. The role requires understanding and compliance with OSHA and DEP regulations, attending annual trainings, and handling patient inquiries.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Environment

Work in varied environments including Patient Service Centers (PSCs) and Immediate Outreach Programs (IOPs) with fluctuating daily volumes. Responsibilities may shift to front-end work or specimen processing based on daily needs. Schedules are provided weekly, with potential last-minute changes requiring flexibility to cover multiple locations.
