Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for a traditional phlebotomy role. This position involves significant processing, centrifuging, and splitting of specimens, with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will be responsible for data entry using the LabCorp Touch system, entering your own orders, and primarily focusing on blood draws, which will constitute 70% of your time.

The work environment is a busy patient service center, with a laboratory and medical setting. The position requires standing for 50% of the time and handling approximately 120 draws daily. You will work alongside another phlebotomist and must be open to floating to five different locations if needed. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with the potential for a 40-hour training week at various locations, for which hotel accommodation will be provided if necessary. The training locations include Wildomar, Tustin, and Los Angeles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.17 - $25.17
