Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist proficient in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all age groups, including pediatrics. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety protocols and the ability to communicate their importance to other employees. This role also involves providing orientation and training for patient services.

This is an on-call, per diem position that requires flexibility with working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, including weekends. Most available shifts are due to same-day call outs. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, for the first few weeks. After training, you will be on-call and may get pre-scheduled shifts, but most likely will get called in same day. The position requires wearing scrubs and being comfortable working in various locations, mainly at Kaiser Riverside, with opportunities to pick up shifts at Moreno Valley and other locations. This role offers a chance to get your foot in the door and gain valuable experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00
