Responsibilities Essential Functions: Schedules and performs phlebotomy services for residents of Stella Maris, St. Elizabeth Hall, and private patients following facility policies and procedures. Functions as liaison with lab to assure accurate and complete laboratory services. Schedules and performs all EKG’s; distributes all department reports in a timely fashion and maintains related records accurately.
