Job Title: PhlebotomistJob Description This job involves collecting blood specimens and handling related computer data entry tasks. The role requires working with a diverse range of patients, from infants to the elderly. Additional duties may be assigned to support organizational goals. The team member must demonstrate and maintain proficiency in required skills, continually improving and updating them as needed. Responsibilities + Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, including infants and the elderly. + Handle computer data entry tasks related to blood collection. + Support organizational goals by performing additional duties as assigned. + Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in required skills, continually improving and updating them as needed. Essential Skills + Phlebotomy Certification + 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting + Experience with all patient populations + EPIC experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ years of experience with drawing blood Work Environment Working in a hospital on the night shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
