Job Title: Phlebotomist (Float)Job Description Responsibilities: - Draw patient blood samples, process them correctly, and package the samples, typically 15-25 times per day. - Communicate daily with clinic staff to organize and schedule blood draws and the shipping of samples to the medical testing site in Novi/Farmington. - Commute throughout multiple offices in Metro Detroit as needed. Mileage will be expensed. Travel may include locations as far east as Rochester and Shelby, south downriver, and west as Canton. - Maintain schedule flexibility, as it may change on short notice. Float throughout Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties. Hours range from 7am - 6pm, sometimes later, but never exceeding 8 hours a day. Early start means early finish, late start means late finish. About 15 people onsite in Farmington, but at offsite locations, there can be anywhere from 0-2 other employees. When working offsite, the team can range from 0-3 people depending on the location.
