Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for Phlebotomist Floater for their Girard, PA location Responsibilities: + The Phlebotomist III- Float represents the face of our company to patients who come to Client, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. + The Phlebotomist III- Float draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. + The Phlebotomist III- Float is responsible in providing coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles. + The Phlebotomist III- Float demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. + Must be able to step in for a Phlebotomist III- Float and lead one or more PSR on site. + They will also act as point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor. + The Phlebotomist III- Float may also focus on working with customers who have a high complexity and/or volume practice with a specialized focus requiring outstanding phlebotomy skills. + The Phlebotomist III- Float must be capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. + Phlebotomy certification preferred + 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. + 5 years of phlebotomy experience needed. + Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. + Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
