Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, performs a variety of functions related to specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, receiving and logging phone orders, retrieving lab results for physicians or their representatives, control and management of confidential information and documents, and report sorting and filing. Specimen collection for blood samples will be restricted to venous or capillary access.

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution. Coursework/Training: Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program. Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire. Or Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire. One (1) year Customer service.Preferred Qualification:
