Your impact as a Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. 

 

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional weekends

Training is 8 weeks in Fargo. You will have hotel and travel expenses paid but will need to travel to Fargo on Sundays and return on Thursdays.

As a Phlebotomist, you’ll get to:  

Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed. Perform blood draws (paid training provided). Manage accurate and organized donor information Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success.
